When you think of a hero you may think of Superman or a superhero from some Marvel or Avengers movie, Sure the characters in these films and comics are heroic but they are made up characters and they of course have the characteristics of a hero but they’re not real! There’s many people in the real world that are heroes in their own way. These people in the real world can’t fly and save people with superhuman strength, but they tell the truth and are able to choose right over wrong. As long as someone has the right intentions then a person is able to become a hero in their own special way.
In my opinion I think Anne Frank is a hero, she shows everything a hero represents. Anne went through so much at a very young age and she never really gave up. Anne once said “I keep my ideals, because in spite of everything, I still believe people are really good at heart.” I think this is very true since a hero should see good in people even if they are truly evil. Anne went through one of the worst times for a Jewish person to be be alive she was forced into hiding at age thirteen and unfortunately had to live through these horrible circumstances for another four years. Anne stayed strong through these tough times. Others like this are firefighters, police officers, and the soldiers fighting for yours and I’s freedom. What these people all have in common is that they’re brave and that is a very valuable asset of a hero along with traits like respect, integrity, the ability to make good decisions, delegation, and optimism because you need to have confidence in your actions along with yourself if you want to succeed in your duty’s.
